Jeff Frankenstein, Owner|Inspector
Jeff moved to Nashville in 1994. Since then, he's had a 30-year career in the music industry as a 4x Grammy-nominated musician who's traveled to 48 countries. He's owned, renovated, and lived in a wide varitey of properties-everything from Victorian homes built in the 1890s to modern homes of today.
When COVID shuttered the touring industry in 2020, he used the time to pursue his long time interest in property inspection. He was trained at the INTERNACHI school and licensed in the State of Tennessee. He understands first-hand how stressful home-buying can be and strives to provide the best possible experience to bring knowledge and peace of mind to his clients.
